By accessing or using AI Girl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. This Agreement applies to all users, including "Visitors" who browse without registering and "Users" who create an account.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. By using the Application, you confirm you meet these criteria.

Account Information

Accurate and complete information is required for account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Guest Access

Guest mode offers limited access. Data and progress may not be saved in this mode.

Prohibited Actions

Content Contribution

Users may contribute content like text and images. By doing so, you grant AI Girl a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content.

AI-Generated Content

The AI simulates conversations, but its outputs may sometimes be unpredictable or incorrect. Users should use discretion and not rely solely on the AI for information.

Content Moderation

We make reasonable efforts to monitor and moderate AI-generated and user-submitted content but cannot guarantee the removal of all inappropriate content. We encourage users to report such content.

Purchasing Terms

In-app purchases include virtual items and premium features. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the stated price, including applicable taxes.

Refund Policy

All sales are final, and in-app purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Application and its content, excluding user-submitted content, are owned by AI Girl or its licensors. Users are granted a limited license to use the Application as per this Agreement.

User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of their content but grant AI Girl a license to use it as outlined above.

Data Collection

We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to the data collection, use, and sharing practices described in the Policy.

Security Measures

We take steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information.

Service Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties regarding the Application's functionality or availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Girl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Application.

Termination by You

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Application at any time, for any reason, without notice, including breaches of this Agreement or harmful behavior.

Applicable Law

This Agreement and your use of the Application are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Institution].

We may modify this Agreement. Changes will be posted within the Application and take effect immediately. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
